As a PhD holder in Information Technology Service Management, researcher, AI specialist, university lecturer, business consultant, and technical author, I have pursued a diverse professional path in the field of science and technology. Over more than a decade of activity, I have been able to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical experience to provide applicable solutions for various challenges.

Educational and Professional Background

My educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Islamic Azad University of Parand. I continued with a Master's degree in Computer Networks from Islamic Azad University of Qazvin and then completed my PhD in Information Technology Service Management at Islamic Azad University of Science and Research. This continuous educational path has provided a strong foundation for deep understanding of various aspects of information technology.

Alongside formal education, I have acquired specialized skills in various fields including data science using Python, Rapid Miner, and Tableau, Python programming, database design and management with SQL, Blockchain technology, IT service management based on ITIL, system analysis and software design, and software engineering. I have also gained Cisco CCNA and CCNP knowledge in computer networking.

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: In this field, I work on designing and implementing machine learning and deep learning algorithms. My primary focus is on complex data analysis, predictive modeling, and extracting useful patterns from large datasets. This work includes implementing various classification, clustering, and regression algorithms to solve real industry problems.

Trading Algorithms and Financial Analysis: One of my applied specializations is designing and developing automated trading systems. These systems, using advanced technical and fundamental analysis techniques, machine learning algorithms, and statistical models, are capable of making decisions in financial markets. Work in this area includes real-time market data analysis, price pattern identification, and investment strategy optimization.

Data Management and Analysis: My expertise in this section includes optimal database design, advanced statistical analysis, and processing large datasets. So far, I have written more than twenty-five books in various fields including data science, machine learning, Blockchain technology, cybersecurity, IT service management, and artificial intelligence. These books have been written with the aim of filling existing gaps in Persian resources and providing practical guides for students and professionals.

Some of these books focus on practical applications of technologies and provide step-by-step guides for implementing real projects. For example, books related to data mining with RapidMiner include complete explanations of the process of data access, cleaning, modeling, and result evaluation.

Educational Activities

As a university lecturer at three higher education institutions including Poyesh Non-Profit University of Qom, Islamic Azad University of Sama Qom, and Shahab Danesh Non-Profit University of Qom, I have experience teaching various courses at undergraduate and graduate levels. This experience includes teaching courses related to programming, databases, artificial intelligence, and information technology management.

A significant part of my educational work is guiding students in conducting research projects. Over the past ten years, I have supervised hundreds of master's theses and doctoral dissertations in various fields. These fields include a wide range from engineering sciences such as computer engineering, electrical engineering, and civil engineering to humanities such as management, economics, accounting, and political science.
