My educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Islamic Azad University of Parand. I continued with a Master's degree in Computer Networks from Islamic Azad University of Qazvin and then completed my PhD in Information Technology Service Management at Islamic Azad University of Science and Research. This continuous educational path has provided a strong foundation for deep understanding of various aspects of information technology.
Alongside formal education, I have acquired specialized skills in various fields including data science using Python, Rapid Miner, and Tableau, Python programming, database design and management with SQL, Blockchain technology, IT service management based on ITIL, system analysis and software design, and software engineering. I have also gained Cisco CCNA and CCNP knowledge in computer networking.

As a university lecturer at three higher education institutions including Poyesh Non-Profit University of Qom, Islamic Azad University of Sama Qom, and Shahab Danesh Non-Profit University of Qom, I have experience teaching various courses at undergraduate and graduate levels. Over the past ten years, I have supervised hundreds of master's theses and doctoral dissertations in various fields.
